The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the room is updated with a clean bathroom, with a great variety of delicious meals available.

When I arrived at the Hyatt Place Airport hotel they did not have my reservation and all rooms were booked. For some reason the reservation got lost between Booked.net and the person that books at the Hyatt Place Airport. The person at the counter was very professional and immediately called for the manager. The manager was really helpful and he told me he was going to move me to the Hyatt Place North Stone Oak, down the street. He called ahead and made my reservation so they knew I was on my way. When I arrived at the new location they were just as helpful. I was checked in and was in my room within 15 minutes of arrival. I reccomend this hotel to anyone. Both hotels are clean and everyone is very professional.

I ended up staying at the Hyatt Place North Stone Oak and I cannot think of anything that I disliked about my stay.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent. The location is particularly good, with a free airport shuttle and a free shuttle to the tourist shopping and restaurant area. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options like toast, pancakes, fruit, eggs, and bacon.

You could tell the bedroom carpets had not been cleaned for quite some time.

The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was very very good and everything was excellent. This hotel was set in an efficient business area short walk to the Doseum, Zoo, and Kiddie Park and restaurants to chose from. We found nice Zarazua's Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

The location here is fantastic, being so close to the old Pearl Brewery complex, Riverwalk, and the venue for the Special Olympics Texas Summer Games competition.

The staff was deceptive; the room smelled musty; the fan in the bathroom was connected to the light and it sounded like an old airplane engine; the hotel is practically on the railroad tracks with trains passing and blowing their whistles at least 4 times a night. Altogether not a good experience.

The staff is wonderful. Very service oriented. I chose this hotel because it was close to San Antonio and I wanted to rent a car for a few days of my stay, but not the entire time. Hotel offers free pickup and free rides to sights close to hotel. Continental breakfast was very nice, but if you wanted something larger they could provide it at a reasonable price. The rooms have work areas which provide added comfort whether there for business or pleasure. Was a good choice for me at a reasonable price.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff was genuinely helpful with superior customer service. The breakfast had a lot of outstanding food and drinks. The check, in was easy. The atmosphere was family, friendly throughout the venue. There was a clean pool on site as well. Staff was very courteous and I liked the Starbucks.

the manger would not except your price on line. i had to pay 475.17 for the room. the room had stain carpet and bald areas in the carpet. stained coach and the pool was not heated or the pool in the picture.

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience with the fresh, modern rooms, lovely views, and peaceful environment.
